into shape while having a fun outdoor experience.

Armed Forces Fitness is a great way to deliver group circuit sessions in a safe, enjoyable, qualified environment. Currently less than 2% of the UK population exercise on a regular basis and the Armed Forces Fitness instructors feel strongly about reversing that trend to help motivate individuals into exercise and change perceptions that to do so you need to join a traditional gym.

Armed Forces Fitness is a great way to get regular exercise that will push you every step of the way, our highly trained personal fitness instructors will keep you on your toes every session. Our goal is to create a varied, disciplined and exciting training programme for all who attend our training sessions.
