Just to let you all know, Armed Forces Fitness is running a 4 day (3 day optional) BOOT CAMP on ‘The Stray’ in Harrogate on Friday 24th Sept – Mon 27th. It will include Personal Fitness tests, bleep tests, running (CV), overload circuits, bums and tums, boxing pad work, swimming, rock climbing on the indoor wall, orienteering, sports, team games and many other activities. It’s for mixed abilities, so all are welcome, if you feel you could and want to be pushed in a fun but demanding environment then get in touch!!
