All classes last for an hour. They begin with a collective warm up, before the group then splits into smaller sections sorted by ability level.
We cater for all standards of fitness from the beginner to the super fit! Each session will give you a thorough, full body workout – including jogging and circuits, sprint work and partner exercises – all with plenty of encouragement in a fun atmosphere.
You’ll soon see results quickly, with improvements in your overall fitness. It’s very social and good fun. What a great way to lose weight, get fit and feel good about yourself.
