Please aim to arrive fifteen minutes before the start of
each class to ensure a prompt start.

All classes last for an hour. They begin with a collective warm up, before the group then splits into smaller sections sorted by ability level.

We cater for all standards of fitness from the beginner to the super fit! Each session will give you a thorough, full body workout – including jogging and circuits, sprint work and partner exercises – all with plenty of encouragement in a fun atmosphere.

You’ll soon see results quickly, with improvements in your overall fitness. It’s very social and good fun. What a great way to lose weight, get fit and feel good about yourself.

The AFF Kids Club on Saturday mornings, starting at 10am, is the latest addition to the main AFF sessions and is proving to be hugely popular! AFF Kids Lead Instructor, Andy Gardner, is a secondary school Biology teacher turned Personal Fitness Trainer. Andy will motivate and encourage both you and your children to exercise together in our specific parent and kids only group.

Using the wonderful terrain of The Stray and Valley Gardens each hour long session is centered around body weight fitness, cardiovascular exercise and fun team games. Ideal for children aged between 6-14 years of age; you’ll both feel energized for the start of your weekend! Complimentary fresh fruit is served up at the end of each session is provided by Regal Fruiterers of King’s Road, Harrogate.
